SHOPPING CENTRES / THE INSTALLATION SCOPE

One programme across public and service areas.

Shopping centres bring together landlord systems, individual tenants, loading areas and busy public routes. We define the installation boundaries first, then coordinate cable infrastructure and device installation with centre management and the relevant contractors.

01

Shared-area CCTV

Install agreed camera positions at public entrances, circulation routes and service areas. Plan mounting access and check views with the centre team.

02

Network infrastructure

Install or extend backbone and local data cabling between communications rooms and equipment positions, with labelled links and test records.

03

Service-area access

Fit readers and door interfaces for staff corridors, management areas and agreed service entrances; test permissions and door operation.

THE DETAILS THAT SHAPE DELIVERY

Planned before
the tools arrive.

Public areas stay controlled

Agree barriers, access arrangements and appropriate working windows with centre management.

Landlord & tenant boundaries

Identify who owns each connection, door and device before adding to existing infrastructure.

Height & service routes

Plan suitable access equipment, permissions and cable routes around the building’s operational constraints.

FROM SURVEY TO SIGN-OFF

A clear sequence.
A complete installation.

We agree the equipment, responsibilities, access arrangements and required records before work begins.

  1. 01

    Map responsibilities

Survey the centre and agree the landlord, tenant and contractor interfaces.

  2. 02

    Plan the work zones

Coordinate work windows, service access and installation sequencing.

  3. 03

    Install in sections

Route and terminate cables, fix equipment and record each completed area.

  4. 04

    Verify the system

Test the agreed links, camera coverage, access functions and alarm zones before handover.

MORE THAN EQUIPMENT ON A WALL

Tested. Recorded.
Ready to hand over.

Handover is part of the installation scope. We agree the records and walkthrough your team needs to operate and maintain the system.

Discuss your handover requirements ↗

Your agreed handover can include

  • Equipment locations and scope boundaries
  • Cable and connection identification
  • Commissioning results for each work area
  • Agreed maintenance and access information

BEFORE WE START

Your site.
Your questions.

Can you install while the centre is operating?

The programme can be phased around agreed access windows and controlled work areas. Some tasks may require out-of-hours access or local isolation.

Can you work with existing tenant systems?

We first establish ownership, permissions and compatibility. Connections to existing systems are agreed before installation.

How do you manage large areas?

We divide the work into defined zones and record progress, tests and outstanding dependencies for each zone.
