Euro Technical Services International Ltd (“EuroTSI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides CCTV systems, alarm systems, and structured IT cabling services to businesses across Ireland and Europe.

In most cases, the client (business owner) is the Data Controller of footage captured by installed systems.

EuroTSI does not access or store CCTV footage unless specifically contracted to provide maintenance or managed services.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Enquiry data: up to 24 months

  • Contractual/customer data: up to 7 years (for tax/legal compliance)

  • Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn
