Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and the supply of services by Euro Technical Services International Ltd (“EuroTSI”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

Scope of Services

EuroTSI provides:

  • CCTV system supply and installation
  • Intruder alarm system installation
  • Structured IT cabling services
  • Network infrastructure installation
  • Related maintenance and technical support

All services are provided on a business-to-business (B2B) basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Quotations & Orders

4.1 All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
4.2 A contract is formed only when we issue written confirmation or commence work.
4.3 Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.4 Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

  1. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project information
  • Ensure safe and lawful site access
  • Obtain necessary permissions or landlord approvals
  • Ensure compliance with local planning or regulatory requirements
  • Provide adequate power/network infrastructure where required

Delays caused by the client may result in additional charges.

  1. Installation & Equipment

6.1 Equipment remains the property of EuroTSI until paid in full.
6.2 Risk transfers to the client upon installation.
6.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring lawful use of CCTV systems, including compliance with GDPR and Irish Data Protection legislation.

EuroTSI is not responsible for misuse of installed systems.

  1. Payment Terms

7.1 Payment terms are as stated in the invoice or contract.
7.2 Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2012.
7.3 We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

  1. Warranties

8.1 Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment.
8.2 Installation workmanship is warranted for 12 months unless otherwise agreed.
8.3 Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse
  • Unauthorised modifications
  • Third-party interference
  • Environmental damage
  • Electrical surges
  1. Limitation of Liability

9.1 EuroTSI shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of profits or business interruption.
9.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the total contract value paid by the client.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

  1. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control including:

  • Supply chain disruption
  • Power failure
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Industrial disputes
  1. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Text
  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Designs

remains the property of EuroTSI and may not be reproduced without permission.

  1. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorised access
  • Distribute malicious software
  • Copy or scrape content
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  1. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Clients installing CCTV systems are responsible for compliance with:

  • GDPR
  • Irish Data Protection Act 2018
  • Any applicable EU data protection laws
  1. Termination

We may terminate services if:

  • Payment is not made
  • The client breaches contractual terms
  • The working environment is unsafe
  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

  1. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
